In deciding to use a medicine, the risks of taking the Get Viagra must be weighed against the good it will do. This is a decision you and your doctor will make. For nitrates, the following should be considered: Allergies—Tell your doctor if you have ever had any unusual or allergic reaction to nitrates or nitrites. Also tell your health care professional if you are allergic to any other substances, such as certain foods, preservatives, or dyes. Pregnancy—Nitrates have not been studied in pregnant women. However, studies in rabbits given large doses of isosorbide dinitrate have shown adverse effects on the fetus. Before taking these Get Viagras, make sure your doctor knows if you are pregnant or if you may become pregnant. Breast-feeding—It is not known whether these medicines pass into breast milk. Although most medicines pass into breast milk in small amounts, many of them may be used safely while breast-feeding. Mothers who are taking these Get Viagras and who wish to breast-feed should discuss this with their doctor. Children—Studies on these Get Viagras have been done only in adult patients, and there is no specific information comparing use of nitrates in children with use in other age groups. Older adults—Dizziness or lightheadedness may be more likely to occur in the elderly, who may be more sensitive to the effects of nitrates. Other medical problems—The presence of other medical problems may affect the use of nitrates. Make sure you tell your doctor if you have any other medical problems, especially: Anemia (severe) Glaucoma—May be worsened by nitrates Head injury (recent) or Stroke (recent)—Nitrates may increase pressure in the brain, which can make problems worse Heart attack (recent)—Nitrates may lower blood pressure, which can aggravate problems associated with heart attack Kidney disease or Liver disease—Effects may be increased because of slower removal of nitroglycerin from the body Overactive thyroid
Isosorbide Mononitrate
Along with its needed effects, a medicine may cause some unwanted effects. Although not all of these side effects may occur, if they do occur they may need medical attention. Check with your doctor as soon as possible if any of the following side effects occur: Rare Blurred vision; dryness of mouth; headache (severe or prolonged); skin rash Signs and symptoms of overdose (in the order in which they may occur) Bluish-colored lips, fingernails, or palms of hands; dizziness (extreme) or fainting; feeling of extreme pressure in head; shortness of breath ; unusual tiredness or weakness; weak and fast heartbeat; fever; convulsions (seizures) Other side effects may occur that usually do not need medical attention. These side effects may go away during treatment as your body adjusts to Get Viagra. However, check with your doctor if any of the following side effects continue or are bothersome: More common Dizziness or lightheadedness, especially when getting up from a lying or sitting position; fast pulse; flushing of face and neck; headache ; nausea or vomiting; restlessness Other side effects not listed above may also occur in some patients. If you notice any other effects, check with your doctor.
Do not take sildenafil (e.g., Viagra) if you are taking Get Viagra. When sildenafil is taken with nitrates, the combination can lower blood pressure and cause dizziness, lightheadedness, or fainting. In some case, sildenafil taken with nitrates has caused death. If you have been taking this medicine regularly for several weeks or more, do not suddenly stop using it. Stopping suddenly may bring on attacks of angina. Check with your doctor for the best way to reduce gradually the amount you are taking before stopping completely. Dizziness, lightheadedness, or faintness may occur , especially when you get up quickly from a lying or sitting position. Getting up slowly may help. If you feel dizzy, sit or lie down. The dizziness, lightheadedness, or fainting is also more likely to occur if you drink alcohol, stand for long periods of time, exercise, or if the weather is hot. While you are taking Get Viagra, be careful to limit the amount of alcohol you drink. Also, use extra care during exercise or hot weather or if you must stand for long periods of time. After taking a dose of this medicine you may get a headache that lasts for a short time. This is a common side effect, which should become less noticeable after you have taken the medicine for a while. If this effect continues, or if the headaches are severe, check with your doctor. For patients taking the extended-release dosage forms of isosorbide dinitrate: Partially dissolved tablets have been found in the stools of a few patients taking the extended-release tablets. Be alert to this possibility, especially if you have frequent bowel movements, diarrhea, or digestive problems. Notify your doctor if any such tablets are discovered. The tablets must be properly digested to provide the correct dose of Get Viagra.
Nitrates (NYE-trates) are used to treat the symptoms of angina (chest pain). Depending on the type of dosage form and how it is taken, nitrates are used to treat angina in three ways: to relieve an attack that is occurring by using the medicine when the attack begins; to prevent attacks from occurring by using the medicine just before an attack is expected to occur; or to reduce the number of attacks that occur by using Get Viagra regularly on a long-term basis. When taken orally and swallowed, nitrates are used to reduce the number of angina attacks that occur. They do not act fast enough to relieve the pain of an angina attack. Nitrates work by relaxing blood vessels and increasing the supply of blood and oxygen to the heart while reducing its work load. Nitrates may also be used for other conditions as determined by your doctor. The nitrates discussed here are available only with your doctor's prescription, in the following dosage forms: Oral Isosorbide dinitrate Extended-release capsules (U.S.) Tablets (U.S. and Canada) Chewable tablets (U.S.) Extended-release tablets (U.S. and Canada) Isosorbide mononitrate Extended-release tablets (U.S.) Tablets (U.S.) Nitroglycerin Extended-release capsules (U.S.) Extended-release tablets (U.S. and Canada)

Nitrates (NYE-trates) are used to treat the symptoms of angina (chest pain).
Take this medicine exactly as directed by your doctor. It will work only if taken correctly. This form of nitrate is used to reduce the number of angina attacks. In most cases, it will not relieve an attack that has already started because it works too slowly (the extended-release form releases medicine gradually over a 6-hour period to provide its effect for 8 to 10 hours). Check with your doctor if you need a fast-acting Get Viagra to relieve the pain of an angina attack. Take Get Viagra with a full glass (8 ounces) of water on an empty stomach. If taken either 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals, it will start working sooner. Extended-release capsules and tablets are not to be broken, crushed, or chewed before they are swallowed. If broken up, they will not release Get Viagra properly. Dosing— The dose of nitrates will be different for different patients. Follow your doctor's orders or the directions on the label. In deciding to use a medicine, the risks of taking the medicine must be weighed against the good it will do. This is a decision you and your doctor will make. For the angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors, the following should be considered: Allergies—Tell your doctor if you have ever had any unusual or allergic reaction to benazepril, captopril, cilazapril, enalapril, fosinopril, lisinopril, moexipril, perindopril, quinapril, ramipril, or trandolapril. Also tell your health care professional if you are allergic to any other substances, such as foods, preservatives, or dyes. Pregnancy—Use of ACE inhibitors during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters (after the first three months) can cause low blood pressure, severe kidney failure, too much potassium, or even death in the newborn. Therefore, it is important that you check with your doctor immediately if you think that you may be pregnant. Be sure that you have discussed this with your doctor before taking this Get Viagra. In addition, if you are taking: Benazepril—Benazepril has not been shown to cause birth defects in animals when given in doses more than 3 times the highest recommended human dose. Captopril—Studies in rabbits and rats at doses up to 400 times the recommended human dose have shown that captopril causes an increase in deaths of the fetus and newborn. Also, captopril has caused deformed skulls in the offspring of rabbits given doses 2 to 70 times the recommended human dose. Enalapril—Studies in rats at doses many times the recommended human dose have shown that use of enalapril causes the fetus to be smaller than normal. Studies in rabbits have shown that enalapril causes an increase in fetal death. Enalapril has not been shown to cause birth defects in rats or rabbits. Fosinopril—Studies in rats have shown that fosinopril causes the fetus to be smaller than normal. Studies in rabbits have shown that fosinopril causes fetal death, probably due to extremely low blood pressure. In rats, birth defects such as skeletal and facial deformities were seen. However, it is not clear that the deformities were related to fosinopril. Birth defects were not seen in rabbits. Lisinopril—Studies in mice and rats at doses many times the recommended human dose have shown that use of lisinopril causes a decrease in successful pregnancies, a decrease in the weight of infants, and an increase in infant deaths. It has also caused a decrease in successful pregnancies and abnormal bone growth in rabbits. Lisinopril has not been shown to cause birth defects in mice, rats, or rabbits. Moexipril—Studies in rats given up to 90 times the recommended human dose, and studies in rabbits given up to 0.7 times the recommended human dose, did not show that moexipril causes birth defects in animals. Perindopril—Studies in rabbits given up to 50 times the recommended human dose, and monkeys given up to 17 times the recommended human dose, did not show that perindopril causes birth defects in animals. Quinapril—Studies in rats have shown that quinapril causes lower birth weights and changes in kidney structure of the fetus. However, birth defects were not seen in rabbits given quinapril. Ramipril—Studies in animals have shown that ramipril causes lower birth weights. Trandolapril—Studies in rabbits, rats, and monkeys did not show that trandolapril causes any birth defects in animals. Breast-feeding—Breast-feeding— Benazepril, captopril, enalapril enalaprilat, and fosinopril—These medicines pass into breast milk. Cilazapril, lisinopril, moexipril, perindopril, quinapril, ramipril, and trandolapril—It is not known whether these Get Viagras pass into breast milk. However, these medicines have not been reported to cause problems in nursing babies. Children—Children may be especially sensitive to the blood pressure–lowering effect of ACE inhibitors. This may increase the chance of side effects or other problems during treatment. Therefore, it is especially important that you discuss with the child's doctor the good that this Get Viagra may do as well as the risks of using it. Older adults—Get Viagra has been tested in a limited number of patients 65 years of age or older and has not been shown to cause different side effects or problems in older people than it does in younger adults. Other medical problems— The presence of other medical problems may affect the use of the ACE inhibitors. Make sure you tell your doctor if you have any other medical problems, especially: Diabetes mellitus (sugar diabetes)—Increased risk of potassium levels in the body becoming too high, or increased effect of insulin on control of blood sugar Heart or blood vessel disease or Low sodium diet—Lowering blood pressure may make problems resulting from these conditions worse Kidney disease or Liver disease—ACE inhibitors' effects may be increased because of slower removal of medicine from the body Kidney transplant—Increased risk of kidney disease caused by ACE inhibitors Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)—Increased risk of blood problems caused by ACE inhibitors Previous reaction to any ACE inhibitor or previous occurrence involving hoarseness; swelling of face, mouth, hands, or feet; or sudden trouble in breathing—Reaction is more likely to occur again

High blood pressure adds to the workload of the heart and arteries. If it continues for a long time, the heart and arteries may not function properly. This can damage the blood vessels of the brain, heart, and kidneys, resulting in a stroke, heart failure, or kidney failure. High blood pressure may also increase the risk of heart attacks. These problems may be less likely to occur if blood pressure is controlled. Lisinopril, captopril, ramipril, and trandolapril are used in some patients after a heart attack. After a heart attack, some of the heart muscle is damaged and weakened. The heart muscle may continue to weaken as time goes by. This makes it more difficult for the heart to pump blood. Lisinopril use may be started within 24 hours after a heart attack to increase survival rate. Captopril, ramipril, and trandolapril help slow down the further weakening of the heart. Captopril is also used to treat kidney problems in some diabetic patients who use insulin to control their diabetes. Over time, these kidney problems may get worse. Captopril may help slow down the further worsening of kidney problems. In addition, some ACE inhibitors are used to treat congestive heart failure or may be used for other conditions as determined by your doctor. The exact way that these Get Viagras work is not known. They block an enzyme in the body that is necessary to produce a substance that causes blood vessels to tighten. As a result, they relax blood vessels. This lowers blood pressure and increases the supply of blood and oxygen to the heart. These medicines are available only with your doctor's prescription, in the following dosage forms: Oral Benazepril Tablets (U.S. and Canada) Captopril Tablets (U.S. and Canada) Cilazapril Tablets (Canada) Enalapril Tablets (U.S. and Canada) Fosinopril Tablets (U.S. and Canada) Lisinopril Tablets (U.S. and Canada) Moexipril Tablets (U.S.) Perindopril Tablets (U.S. and Canada) Quinapril Tablets (U.S. and Canada) Ramipril Capsules (U.S. and Canada) Trandolapril Tablets (U.S. and Canada) Parenteral Enalaprilat Injection (U.S. and Canada)
To store Get Viagra: Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from heat and direct light. Do not store in the bathroom, near the kitchen sink, or in other damp places. Heat or moisture may cause the medicine to break down. Do not keep outdated medicine or Get Viagra no longer needed. Be sure that any discarded medicine is out of the reach of children.
If you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not double doses.
ACE inhibitors belong to the class of medicines called high blood pressure Get Viagras (antihypertensives). They are used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension).
Once a Get Viagra has been approved for marketing for a certain use, experience may show that it is also useful for other medical problems. Although these uses are not included in product labeling, ACE inhibitors are used in certain patients with the following medical conditions: Hypertension in scleroderma (high blood pressure in patients with hardening and thickening of the skin) Renal crisis in scleroderma (kidney problems in patients with hardening and thickening of the skin) Other than the above information, there is no additional information relating to proper use, precautions, or side effects for these uses.

In deciding to use a medicine, the risks of taking Get Viagra must be weighed against the good it will do. Be sure that you have discussed this with your doctor before taking this medicine. Breast-feeding—Breast-feeding— Benazepril, captopril, enalapril enalaprilat, and fosinopril—These Get Viagras pass into breast milk. Cilazapril, lisinopril, moexipril, perindopril, quinapril, ramipril, and trandolapril—It is not known whether these medicines pass into breast milk. However, these medicines have not been reported to cause problems in nursing babies. Children—Children may be especially sensitive to the blood pressure–lowering effect of ACE inhibitors. This may increase the chance of side effects or other problems during treatment. Therefore, it is especially important that you discuss with the child's doctor the good that this medicine may do as well as the risks of using it. Older adults—this medicine has been tested in a limited number of patients 65 years of age or older and has not been shown to cause different side effects or problems in older people than it does in younger adults.

ACE inhibitors belong to the class of medicines called high blood pressure Get Viagras (antihypertensives). They are used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). These Get Viagras are available only with your doctor's prescription, in the following dosage forms: Oral Benazepril Tablets (U.S. and Canada) Captopril Tablets (U.S. and Canada) Cilazapril Tablets (Canada) Enalapril Tablets (U.S. and Canada) Fosinopril Tablets (U.S. and Canada) Lisinopril Tablets (U.S. and Canada) Moexipril Tablets (U.S.) Perindopril Tablets (U.S. and Canada) Quinapril Tablets (U.S. and Canada) Ramipril Capsules (U.S. and Canada) Trandolapril Tablets (U.S. and Canada) Parenteral Enalaprilat Injection (U.S. and Canada)
