Children—Dose must be determined by your doctor. For injection dosage form: For arrhythmias (irregular heartbeat): Adults—5 to 10 mg slowly injected into a vein. The dose may be repeated after thirty minutes. Children—Dose is based on body weight and must be determined by your doctor.
